- Assist with opening and closing tasks, including setting up and cleaning the coffee station.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide a positive experience.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
