Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and knead pizza dough according to approved recipes.
  • Prepare fresh pizza sauce following the restaurant’s standards.
  • Bake pizzas using a specialized oven while maintaining proper cooking standards.
  • Ensure high-quality taste and consistency to satisfy customers.
  •  Maintain kitchen organization and adhere to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficiency and speed of service.

 Requirements:

  • Previous experience in preparing pizzas, preferably Neapolitan-style.
  •  Strong knowledge of making fresh pizza sauce and its ingredients.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • High organizational skills and efficiency.
  • Transferable residency (for non-Saudis).

  • Quality Control: Ensuring that the baked pizza meets the standards of taste, quality, and appearance.

  • Time Management: Ability to prepare pizzas quickly without compromising quality.
  • Working Under Pressure: Efficiently handling high order volumes during peak hours.
