As Sponsorship & Sales Management Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, creating and selling sponsorship assets and portfolios to align with the employer's suite of event IPs, sports programs and various delivery projects.

Within your duties will be understanding the needs and objectives of our clients and sponsor partners, their brand identity and marketing objectives. You will be working with employer’s management and project teams to develop and incorporate partner collaborations into their event or program implementation and delivery. Ensuring a close relationship with and insight into our stakeholders’ activities and managing their engagement with employers is essential. Strong competence and track-record in the creation of compelling sponsorship packages and portfolios, as well as compelling marketing of such using such toolsets as

PowerPoint or similar, is a distinct bonus.

Main Tasks:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with sponsor partners
  • Formulate innovative, creative and appealing profitable solutions for sponsor partners
  • Preparing & conducting meetings with leads and with sponsor partners (agendas, presentations etc.)
  • Maintain close liaison with the marketing, production and operations teams of sponsor partners
  • Production of compelling packing and pricing of sponsoring assets and portfolios
  • Managing sponsorship relationships, renewals and the conducting of periodic sponsorship reviews
  • Ensuring all negotiations and leverage are aligned with business and target market needs
  • Delivering to a high standard and reflect industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Marketing or similar related subject
  • A friendly interactive personality
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  •  Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and presenting
  •  Strong negotiation skills
  • Social media savvy with an understanding of local communities and markets in and around KSA
  •  MS-Office experience
  • Willing to be Riyadh based
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
  • Open to qualifying candidates of all nationalities - Saudis preferred

Work Experience:

  • You must have a minimum 3-5 years’ similar experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Prior experience in dealing with governmental entities is a distinct advantage but not mandatory
  • Experience in the local Saudi Sponsoring Marketing is considered a bonus.
