Education Background
High school diploma or equivalent with vocational training in logistics or aviation, additional training in customer service or hospitality , customer service or hospitality, Administration preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in baggage handling or a related field terminal services Administration required.
Professional Licenses, Accreditations & Certifications Preferred:
IATA Baggage Handling Certificate or equivalent Hospitality Management Certification Airport Operations Certification (AOC) Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
