My current profile as PSE-operation at RIVIGO Logistics pvt ltd(Formerly known as Trucksfirst services pvt ltd),Siliguri. My just previous profile was service support engineer at Philips lighting India ltd, kolkata.

My Duties are complaint handling of service related issues, maintenance, installation, commissioning Consumer goods complaint handlling, service delivery, quality check, spare ordering, manage and delivery, logistics support, daily operation and store keeping support, resolve porduct related issues, handling staffs, drivers, vehicle check-maintenance supervise, maintain office records, tally, cashbook maintain, book-keeping, multi tasking etc.

Out of this I had previously work for G S Atwal Co. And Singh Electrical as a maintenance engineer.
