[Duties include assigning tag numbers to fixed assets - Monitoring and processing transactions on a daily basis- Registering the new purchased assets and adding additional costs on the value of assets in the accounting system - Transferring account data to General Ledger- Reviewing and maintaining all accounting records - Collaborating with Assets department team members to monitor asset disposals and movements -Tracking company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget- Organizing and maintaining fixed asset documentations for references - Preparing audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries.]
