My day to day working involves the Local and Overseas on-boarding of new employees "permenant, part-time, and income share doctors. conducting new employee general orientations, data input, issuing of ID badges and communicating with other sub departments in the HR department to facilitate the new employee's health insurance and anything related to the new employee's rights as an employee of HMG. I handle the training program of the new trainee such as"HRDF, Internship students,and summer students".
