Amal Almahri. graduated from Electrical amp computer Engineering .My graduation project was about Children Drowning Avoidance Based on Passive UHF RFID. The project will reduce drowning cases by implementing a security system to protect children. I Worked as training program in two companies .First, at Halwani Bros company about 4 months to control and reduce the losses of the production line in Mammaoul factory through made Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Overall Efficiency Effectiveness (OEE) . Second, at Al-taqaa Alternative Solutions for 3 months and solved the problem on International Medical Center (IMC) to provide a power supply that covers critical loads for 48 hours in case of a power outage during the rainy season in Jeddah. Through my undergraduate studies and training phases I have acquired many skills that will be benefits me in the program which I will apply .For instance, time management, work well independently or on a team, a creative problem solver , good listener to guidance and dialogue, Decision-making, willingness to learn, coordination and cooperation
1) Define the most problem in the line of factory by using VSM (Value Stream Mapping) , OEE (Overall Efficiency Effectiveness) .Also, using Failure Modes and Effects Analysis..
2) Calibration the instruments .For example,sensors.
3) PLC as a basic.
4) Woked on project for Maamoual factory to solve the problem of machine and point on all issues to be able to choose the problem that affect the most to control and reduce the losses of the production line.
