- Successfully execute SAMA transactions every day by making sure to hold the right amount of money using a systematic work calculator.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees.
- Getting trained by National Commercial Bank (SNB) to get more advanced using the bank programs that we use daily.
- Handel new projects to correct errors to improve the flow of requests or correctly understand them.
- Resolving the customer’s complaint if he is eligible for it according to the systematic work calculator.
- Helping any departments in Samah, if there is pressure in the number of requests, it must be completed.
- The ability to work 9-12 hours per day with an expectation to work more as needed because our work depends on the total of the requests that we receive from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency.
