Appoint projects manager and keys staff for the projects in accordance with the approved projects organization chart and contract requirements
Follow up all the claims and variations in coordination with contract managers and technical managers.

Managing project from conception, pre-production through to completion.
Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.

Monitoring of construction projects progress, reviewing and approving payments, costs, budgets and schedules
Identify infrastructure goals and project delivery clearly
Define all activities necessary to acquire project goals and objectives & Identify needed members for project team.

Attending of meetings with authorities and other agencies to discuss the construction issues and its concerns.


Be able to forecast deviations beyond permissible limits on scope, time, cost, quality and risk and be able to escalate in time to next level of management
