Planning, organizing, monitoring, controlling and execution of the complete Aramco-Jeddah General services project, which includes Recreation, Janitorial, Office support, Gardening, Sanitation, Pest control &Transient Housing Accommodations services.

As per scope of contract Planning, monitoring and execution of soft services, troubleshooting as well as providing technical assistance to Janitorial, Office support, Transient Housing Accommodations, Recreation, Gardening, Sanitation, Pest control staff, Nursery & Green House Supervisors.

Managing the project team its risk, Schedule and Project conflicts of operation

Proven ability as a Project Manager (Team Leader) to tackle all soft services related issues of the project, as this project consists of more than 350 (DAG) staffs, Around 2500 users and 5 work locations (Ar-Rehab complex, Musadia complex, Jeddah Refinery, North Jeddha Bulk Plant NJBPand Jeddah Training Center JTC which is under Saudi Aramco Jeddah community services.

Planning, scheduling, distribution and Supervision of 350 workforce of respective sections.

Providing and controlling standard operation procedure SOP of soft services for the Aramco staff and their dependents, organizing & supervision of all Men And Women Recreational Facilities including Gymnasiums , swimming pools, Sauna & steam rooms , Jacuzzis, youth center and field sports activities as per the calendar year .

During preparation and Inauguration ceremony, on 1-3 May 2014 provided support services to the King Abdullah Sports city Jeddah , KSA.

Handling the Soft Services contract for sports Events in King Abdullah Sports City, Jeddah from the inauguration date till session 2016.

Provide Orientation to Project staffs for their related operational activities.

Planning, Monitoring and controlling all related safety issues.
