3- Identifying and resolving common problems across projects.
4- Improving project success.
5- Increasing revenue and reducing the cost of projects.
6- Monitoring and reporting on projects SLA/KPI.
7- Manages overall risk, interdependencies among projects.
8- Provides oversight of organizational projects
9- Provides oversight of organizational resources
10- Manages and reports on project portfolio
11- Manages project priority based on business strategy
12- Manage conflict between project managers and function team
