Key Responsibilities:
Operational
• Expansion plan by doing a scan for all areas and analysis to reach the most possible coverage.
• Coming with ideas to increase the sales figures as OSN products is very unique and it’s not easy to sell.
• Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through dedicated sales efforts that include scheduling meetings with prospective dealers, presenting the company’s products, negotiating and obtaining orders.
• To develop and retain the best and the closest professional dealers who perform and show the image of OSN.
• Providing an ongoing training to all sales and new hire staff.
• Managing the stock level, stock position, do the required analysis and keep an eye on the fast and slow-moving item.
• Managing all financial issues related to dealers from commissions and installation fees
