• Taking responsibility to run SHAKL social media
• Take part in designing and operating of blog page.
• Help in Designing Booklet, Packaging, events posts, social media posts.
• Using help desk system to open tickets for the problems in Oracle, and follow them with IT team and users to change the status.
• Solve the problems in the system such as: adding job titles, messages that appear to users and many others.
• Building Reports.
• Extract reports and letters from system.
• Attending meetings to analyze system and solving problems.
• Coordination with administrator’s advisers and IT team in checks in case of new solutions which applied in the system.
• Design and print business cards for the employees.
