I started my career as a part time sales amp marketing coordinator. Afterwards, I was hired to be a project manager for launching a new magazine sponsored by Jeddahrsquos Chamber of Commerce Hospitality Committee. Later I joined the financial services industry as an insurance broker in which Irsquove managed all SME amp Multinational accounts within the western region as-well as some key accounts. My career goal is to become a contributing professional to my country through creativity, integrity, problem solving and continuous development.

- Handling day-to-day inquiries by clients and insurers.
- Meeting Client expectations and ensure Client satisfaction.
- Preparing/Arranging documents to Clients.
(Underwriting):
- Creating Broker Slips as per Client requirements & Needs.
- Marketing the risk and obtaining competitive quotes from the market.
- Creating a comprehensive Matrix for quotation comparison.
- Ensuring that Client’s data meets SAMA requirements.
- Confirming local policy data are as per the guidelines of our global partners & global offices.
(Business Development):
- Client visits for retention & business development. - Cross selling when opportunity arises.
(Accounting & Finance):
- Generating/Billing invoices.
- Keeping record of collections and transactions.
- Collection & Allocation of funds.
- Reconciliation of Accounts.
- Preparing Forecast & Budget
- Assist in research, communication, and coordination.
- Assists in maintaining consistency, quality and branding.
- Assists in launching/managing website and social media.
- Assists in designing and developing PowerPoint presentations.

Jeddah's Hospitality Magazine Project (Supervised by Chamber of Commerce Hospitality Committee & published by Okaz Newspaper):
- Brainstormed the concept through use of spreadsheets & designed the start-up point for the team.
- Assigned the duties & supervised the design team to maintain the vision of the project and meeting the deadline.
- Weekly status reports were discussed in meetings with the General Manager.
- Worked in collaboration with the marketing, finance and research departments to resolve uprising problems through creative design solutions, in order to meet the needs of the project & goals of the company.
- Worked in collaboration with Okaz Newspaper technical design team to execute the magazine and have it ready for print and publishing.
