My role is to focus on the relationship between our organization and it's clients through close monitoring, reporting, and resolving any issues caused by our employees. I worked with Saudi airlines Catering, Al Baik,Drake & Skull, and other clients to ensure we meet their business needs and expectations. Although my journey was short with Maharah, I am very pleased that I adopted new skill and managed to successfully build trusted business relationship with our clients.

My role was focused on daily operation of handling visa requests, leave and final settlements, and all the necessary logistics of non-Saudi employees. I processed payroll, leave entitlement and indemnity manually.
