Developing and implementing customer experience programs
Supporting to perform root causes analysis on sub-performance issues and proposing corrective measures for processes, SLAs, systems.
 Monitoring quality of complaints resolution across the complaints channels.
 Analyzing customer complaints by many different channels and systems  
  Identifying top issues ,improvement opportunities across different dimensions and determining root causes 

evaluates the performance of the Tickets SLA and OLA Documents, tracks and monitors SLAs and OLAs to ensure accurate and timely resolution Follow up customer issues with Technical departments, accelerate the resolution. Makes sure the focus is always on delivering customer needs Utilizing customer service and public relations techniques in responding to inquiries and complaints Learns, thinks, reacts quickly Generates help desk performance and metric reports for the Tickets in each statues

Monitor the work of the generators through distribution control system ,type daily report
, Coordinate with other department in operational processes and arrangement with ECC need of network
