Responsibilities:

•Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
•Installation & Configuration & Administration Systems (AD, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, WDS, File Server).
•servers administration , including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, event log warnings and errors,
•Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
•Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
•Installing and administrating virtual machines using virtualization technologies especially VMware and Hyper-V
•Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
•Implementing managing Firewall, routers, switches, access points, antivirus.
•Provide technical assistance and support for End user, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner.
•Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.
•Installing and Administrating office 365.

• Microsoft Server Range, DNS, WSUS, WDS, DHCP, File/ Print, ISA/TMG.
• Implementing managing Firewall, routers, switches, access, points
• Install, configure, update, maintain and support servers, 2008 and applications software LAN/WAN systems.
• Manage file and print servers.
• Managing active directory servers and delegate administration across sites.
• Managing maintaining mail server "web mail".
• Designing installing and managing network infrastructure
• Training courses in networks “CCNA – MCSE and Network Diploma “.
• Using Odoo program to Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Training courses MS Project.
