• Taking care of DELL PowerVoult Storage Management and Partitions
• Taking care of Dell Netvoult Backup manager tool for backup the data from server to Tape drive
• Managing Logical Volume Management (LVM)
• We also managing the Patch Management process like Kernel Patching, and OS patching
• Installation configuration and managing Web logic server
• Creating and managing the Web logic manage and Admin Server
• Troubleshooting and managing the apache web server
• File system Management
• Package installation and Management with RPM & source ball installation
• Installation and Configuration of Yum Server
• Data Compressing, Backup and recovery using tar command
• User account management creation, deletion and assigning permission.
• Quota configuration for Users and Groups
• Backup with tar, gzip,rsync,cp
• File Permission Management
• Taking care of tickets related to various Linux issues

o Active Directory related Troubleshooting.User ID Creation & Deletion.
o Take Backup restore management Daily, Weekly & Monthly.
o Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting of Outlook Express / Ms Outlook.
o Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting of Ms Office 2003 / 2007 & 2010.
o Installation, Configure & troubleshooting Antivirus Symantec 10. & 12.
o Installation, configuration and troubleshooting Local Printer & Line Printer.
o Installation, configuration and troubleshooting HP Scanner.
o Attending & Resolving the Incidents in HP Service Manager 7.0. (SLA).
o Continuously Interacting with Clients and next level reporting manager.

o Resolving the domain queries related to Hardware, network or server issues by co-coordinating with & Network team.

o Symantech Antivirus installation, Updating at Desktop & Laptop.

o Attending & Resolving the Incidents in HP Service Manager 7.0. (SLA).
o Handling Desktop Team As well As Vendor Team.
o Taking Follow-up from vendors for Calls & Escalations.
