Summary of Responsibilities :
 Responsible for the execution of orders/projects.
 Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
 Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements .
 Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance).
 Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
 Divided massive project into small and easy steps.
 Supervised and guided other staff throughout the project.
 Ensured all processes were completed as per safety and quality guidelines.
 Participating in project review meetings with clients for evaluating progress.
 Provide support for the installation of new equipment, including working with the vendor to ensure that equipment is installed according to drawings and specifications.
 Co-ordination with Designer, Manufacturers and suppliers for smooth completion of work.
 Procurement of project equipment’s/Material for the completion of the project with coordination of supply chain dept. and follow up for the material delivery at site.

Summary of Responsibilities :
 Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by Design Department.
 Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract.
 Receiving the price quotations. (Competitive quotes).
 Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality.
 Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project
Management Team.
 Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the
Quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.
 Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of
Integrity .
 Storage and handling on site, prior to use, during installation and commissioning.
 Client acceptance/rejection, warranties and other related follow up matters with the
supplier till completion of Project.
 Keep updated with market developments and assist in Vendor Development.
 Report on budget versus Actual performance on project-wise basis
 Arrange and participate in meetings between suppliers and Company engineers and other
personnel to facilitate standardization and economical procurement.
