 Merchandise the RADWA poultry products in the customers’ outlets (Hypermarkets) and communicate with respective supervisor about product display and stock positions. Ensures that the outlets carry the maximum possible stock of the full range of products and properly merchandises and rotates the stocks to avoid either out of stock or expiry problems i.e. FIFO maintenance.

 Checks condition of own product displays to ensure correct facings and positioning against competitors and fixes appropriate shelf strips, posters and other point of sales materials and/or on-pack promos. Maintains the product displays to the highest possible standard to create consumer awareness and encourage off take.

 working closely with buyers and other merchandisers to plan product ranges, supervising and training junior staff, negotiating quantities and delivery time-scales, managing levels and distribution of stock, Checks for any customer or consumer complaint in the outlets and makes corrective action.

 Monitors the competitors’ displays, prices and promotions in the customers’ outlets and reports to the Sales Supervisor any merchandising, price changes and promotional activities that affects his sales objectives.

 Maintains personal customer service and close business relationship with key customer accounts in my sales territory through regular visits.

 Ensures that assigned vehicle is regularly maintained in good and safe operating condition and kept clean to project the quality image in the trade.

 Maintains proper dress code and hygiene to promote the quality image of RADWA and observes the Company rules and regulations.

 Basic safety and repairing procedures using processes defined for the job, to perform and complete preventative maintenance procedures, service line equipment at the well site.

 Acidizing near-Wellbore cleanout to enhance well productivity as per required rate, pressure & volume.

 Assist to spot the seismic unit HT-400, tankers and other equipment to designated areas.

 to follow up the instructions and guidelines from the main operator during rigging up and down.

 working with irons i.e. lines, wings, threads, valves, cross-over, crown, t- joints, transducer, Hoses etc.

 Awareness about: Tight formation, MAASP, TBT, TRIC, JSA, HMS, Rig site safety, EJCS, Tickets etc.

 My duties to prepare safe journey plan to dispatch scheduled service personnel, crews to the customer job sites and company managed locations, follow up two way real time communications between drivers and destination Dispatcher, Fleet management during Rig or Convoy move.

 Ensuring compliance with Journey Management Criteria, Company transport policies, procedures, and legislation.

 Co-ordinate services and equipment for the location utilizing two-way radio communications equipment, communicates with customers and crews, scheduling, and services.

 Reports to and receives job orders, instructions, and directions from the base manager, assures resources are available, operates Company vehicles to move materials and equipment in the yard premises.

 Observation, communication, risk assessment, time management, maintain logbook/whiteboard, conducting safety induction, pre-post trip inspection, spot check the vehicles, Online vehicle tracking by IVMS devices, to follow up all safety rules as per Halliburton Management System (HMS).

 Review vehicle condition and Check drivers’ status reports on a daily basis.

 To prepare monthly report, i.e. mileage, fuel consumption & IVMS record, water tanker trip record, journey plans, loading notes, man hours, camp personnel, defensive driving records, drivers & vehicle maintenance record and other means of auditing if required by the company.

 Fully aware about: Spot checks, Man Lost Procedure, Emergency Response Plan, HMS, Ethics helpline, Code of Conduct, BBP, HOC, TREM, SHOC card, JSA, MSDS, SAP, FAX machine, IVMS/DMS devices, Mock drill, HAL seismic vehicles, First-Aid etc.

 Inventory control, working with online ERP system ‘Infor LN’ (BAAN).
 Storage, drying, issue and delivery of welding consumables, holding the materials with proper identification with AWS classification including item code and batch number.
Maintaining the BIN card and logbook, monitoring the humidity and daily temperature record, using the FIFO/LIFO system, protecting the material from direct contact to oil, paint, water and other contaminants, Material receiving, dispatching, packing, moving and shifting etc.

 Working on MAHINDRA generators up to 45 KVA, engine overhauling, servicing, maintenance & troubleshooting, fieldwork, installation, commissioning and documentation etc.
