RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Periodic claims reports
• Claims review
• Prepare letters and correspondences
• Oracle & CTS applications Management (Internal software of RC)
• Organize schedules and meetings
• Contribute in executive meetings
• Coordination with all related departments
• Review the submittals for Certificate of Insurance Approval
• Prepare Certificate of Insurance Approval
• Follow up with contractors regarding their claims & CoI Approval
• Filling all the incoming and outgoing documents in the file box
• Scanning all incoming and outgoing documents in Correspondences and Tracking system in computer after putting code.
• Dealing with all incoming and outgoing postal mails
• Scanning, coping and printing the documents
• Monitoring and answering the email.
• Perform all Secretarial responsibilities of Manager & Department
• Manage office equipment
• Maintain schedules and calendars
• Maintain and update the files electronically
• Maintain office supplies and stationary stock
• Keep updating the contracts list
• Follow up outstanding matters
• Organize office management activities for the Manager
• Answering the incoming calls
• Provide administrative and secretarial support
• Day-to-Day matters
