• Ensure the efficiency of the operation and maintenance of the BSS(BSC6900 and DBS3900) and RAN(RNC6900 and MBC) systems equipment.Participate in setting the acceptance criteria of projects, and insure the project specifications are delivered as planned.
• Identify faults handling process to insure the right way of the fault handling with the clear escalation process flow chart and lead the operation of process improvement by evaluating the existing processes efficiency regarding cost, time and result.
