Raise, monitor and follow up instructions, notices , variation requests, and variation orders
Negotiate with clients representatives and other consultants
Interim administration and settlement of subcontractors account
Preparation of Monthly management account information
Preparation of interim Application for payment and internal valuations
Agree interim Application with the clients QS, Obtain payment certificate within the prescribed terms and chase payments
Develop tender c comparison schedules
Select the subcontractors suppliers and doing comparison sheet between all subcontractors
Issue subcontract agreements and purchase orders
Attend internal team meeting
All Quantity Surveying duties
Support Project Manager and communicating with line Manager

For Civil Work , Finishes & Fit-Out Works

Working as part of a busy team, taking responsibility for several schemes at differing stage of project. The workload includes different type of projects.
Prepare periodical reports related to the Valuations.
Assist in preparation of the variation schedules.
Prepare the final account for the sub-contractors.
Lead, Co-ordinate and Monitor the QS Activities.
Obtain the payment Certificate and report to the Superiors.
Other Works Assigned by CA/ Contracts Manager.
Arrange the documents requested by consultant
Verify the Sub Contract provisions.

My role is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver project according to plan.
