Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating

Updation of enquiry tracker on regular basis.
Monitoring Inquiry and Order Progress including issue of offers, quotations, material availability.
Follow up with the customer for order and with the prospective customers who had conducted business in past.
Checklist to be prepared after receipt of Purchase order from customer as per the format to check the offered terms &conditions with that of ordered terms.
Preparation of Order Acceptance and Performa Invoice as per the terms & condition of order.
Maintenance of Tracking Records for each ordert and keep them updated.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
To maintain account receivables and follow up with the customer for timely receipt of payments as per the agreed terms.
Follow up with customer for pending/overdue payment
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Establish sales report if required. Prepare daily performance report and monthly report.
Communicate with customer and explain about product, prices and EMI terms.
Understand the customer requirement and providing the relevant information.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales.

Identifying new markets and business opportunities and arranging meetings with potential customers.
