1. Check-in for customers with pre-bookings.
2. Make new reservations for new arrivals.
3. Receiving guest’s calls, and receipt of bookings and recorded for external calls.
4. Confirm bookings by communicating with customers, and take authorization on credit cards.
5. Make daily reports at the end of each day and send them by email with the necessary documents to the
room division manager after midnight.
6. Make Check-out for departing guests.
7. Print the payment documents and close the cashier at the end of each day and send it to the accounting
department.
