I have Experienced in Food Services, logistics and contracts operation management for more than six years. I am passionate about process improvement and identifying ways to continually improve systems, procedures and overall services. I have a Thorough knowledge of all principles, practices, policies and procedures pertaining to food services, event management, logistics and contracts services and financial summaries. Fully educated in all governing policies, rules, practice, regulations, goals and objectives concerning to food services. Skilled in Negotiations, Analytical thinking, facility operation, event management, and performance services management.
• Plan, Coordinate and monitor contractor performance and activities and recommend appropriate actions.
• Generate reports that reflect activities of the contractor, unit and staff.
• Monitor contractor's staff recruitment and selection criteria and direct the development and implementation of training program with senior member of the department
• Oversee the implementation of staff appraisal schemes and reports from senior member on employee performance. Also review development and implementation of training program.
• Create and implement necessary departmental policies and produces, including continuous quality improvement and safety program and ensure department compliance with establish University administrative policies and procedures.
• Monitor and approve monthly financial invoices, expenditures and revenues in all areas and take action where necessary.
• Planning a several projects ( Catering Services, Patient/Students Meals, Vending Machines, investment the facilities by operate a franchising restaurant, cafe, and supermarket).
• Determine the project’s costs, and department expenses.
• Supervising and managing more than 30 projects include commercial and noncommercial
projects
• Evaluate and qualify contractors based on their offers and history performance
• Conduct daily inspection rounds in university to monitor and ensure that the performance of food services contractor is of high quality standard and in accordance with contractual obligations.
