Handling facility periodic maintenance by preparing required documents, requesting materials & items and coordinating with workshop and planning section.
- Preparing and issuing in-house work permit
- Handling reservation of hotels, tickets and transportation for company members and abroad visitors.
- Controlling vehicles operation and drivers schedule.
- Carrying out goods clearance and related processes at all entrances of the kingdom.
- Since HSES is the service center of Hitachi, ltd in the Middle East, supporting procurement department in importing spare parts and providing overseas service is main duty.
- Writing minutes of meeting in regular management meeting which held every Thursday.
- Cooperating with Administration manager in HR issue. Being assigned as HR officer so as to carry out the following:
 Controlling documents
 Renewing residence permits
 Renewing government licenses
 Renewing ID’s Aramco, Sabic and Petrorabigh
 Renewing Driving licenses
 Company accommodation control
 Security and guards control
