- Responsible of customer care (inquiries/complaints/billing questions or payment/service requests).
- Managing the High-level case of complain in order to repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution and design best-option solutions
- Interface daily with internal partners in accounting, field services, new business, operations and consumer affairs.
Set up and maintain efficient office systems within the school’s admin office, including manual and computerized information retrieval systems.
- Draft and type correspondence, reports and other documents for the Head teacher.
- School representative and point of contact when it come to phone call enquiries and visitors to the school and/or for the Head teacher.
- Managing all the documents related to the business as appropriate.
- Manage and distribute the marital for the Head teacher and assistant teachers.
- Coordinate all the staff meetings and when Head teacher meets parents, and make sure that all relevant people got the MOM.
- Identify information in school prospectus that is out of date, get approval from Head teacher for proposed changes and get changes printed.
- On-Boarding for new joiner by doing:
1) Make sure that all Administer work and forms are completed.
2) Arrange for “Meet and greet” on their first day.
- Administer examinations by ensuring right number of exam papers are available and prepare a list of pupils taking each exam.
- Administer teacher cover by checking teacher absences on each school day and organize supply cover as appropriate and keep records of supply and cost
- Administer school’s admissions procedures for the nursery/school, by giving advice to parents and members of the public on admission criteria,
- Collate applications for admission and monitor criteria being applied consistently. Also communicate with parents regarding the decision of the Head teacher.
- Provides secretarial support to faculty; type's letters and correspondence; distributes department memos; answers telephones; picks up and distributes faculty mail.
- Provides program information to prospective students
- Generates fliers for department programs; mails promotional materials
- Prepare documents and maintain records for paying consultants, musicians, models
- Takes minutes at department meetings
