 Installation of Air Dryer and Piping in Luberef (Saudi Aramco)
 Installation of Acid line (PVDF Material) in SWCC
 Mircon Cartridge filters modification and installation in SWCC (FRP Material) Construction of Engineers Office building in SWCC
 HVAC and Ducting installation (Afia Group)
 Cooling towers installation and commissioning in Riyadh Airport

Ensure safely and timely installation & commissioning of 125 X 10 MW GE Frame 9E Gas
Turbines along with Accessories which includes

o unloading & Installation of GT on Foundation
o Acoustic enclosure frame work,
o Structures
o Accessories Modules & Skids
o Interconnection on base and off base piping
o BOP & other Auxiliaries’ system piping
o Exhaust stack
o Exhaust Duct
o Final walk downs for each system, including punch points closing
o Commissioning of each system
As per GE & METKA procedure
 Manage Sub Contractors, communicating the plans and programs
 To ensure works are completed to the highest quality standards with the coordination of QC team
on site

Responsible for the maintenance of
o 41 MW (SST-300) & Auxiliaries Pumps & Valves
o 200 TPH boiler – 96 Bar
o 65 TPH Boiler – 16 Bar
o Boiler Feed Water Pumps
o Cooling towers & Cooling Water Pumps
o Return Condensate pumps
o Air compressors
o Heat Exchangers
o Single & Multistage Centrifugal pumps.

 Responsible of all Maintenance work following the prescribed procedures, techniques
and instructions given in the respective Operation & Maintenance Manuals of all
equipment.
 Organize / supervise effectively Periodic, Preventive, Corrective and day to day
maintenance activities.
 Responsible to maintain inventory level by creating purchase requisition for maintenance
parts.
 Perform Technical evaluation of quotations received from purchase department and
recommend appropriate choice.
 Generate purchase requisitions (SAP) for spare parts and consumables
 Update team leader about the progress and status of work done.
 Coordinate and cooperate with electrical team in performing the mechanical part of work.
 Supervise maintenance work for all equipment installed at the Plant.
 To do any other task as assigned by team leader or plant manager.
 Report water, steam, air leakages and any spillages to the team leader for the timely
rectification.

Additional Job responsibilities
HSE Coordinator

 Observes work in progress, ensures that proper safety equipment is worn and procedures
are followed.
 Implementation of LOTO and other work permit system at plant.
 Team member of 5S implementation from Power House side.
 Incident/accident investigation, reporting and preventing.
 Conducts risk assessment to determine ranking of significant OH&S Aspects & Impacts
Assessment.
 Performing daily, weekly and monthly safety inspections.
 Conducts water, steam and compressed air audits internally and with client EHS
department team and rectification of those points.
