Im an experienced team leader in my current job. I lead a production line with team reporting to me and responsible for all outputs of the said production line (cost, efficiency, defects...etc).
I also continuously work on different projects in the company to address certain area or issue for the company objective for the said year. I work perfectly with team members and can always get the best out of them.
I was working as an operator int he control room for the Cement mills control and raw materials as well. I was responsible to monitor gauges and other control room gadgets.
