• Ensuring Highest Standard of Customer Service is provided to the Customer.
• Maintaining on-time performance for all departures.
• Handling check in counters, boarding gate and arrivals.
• Handling Passengers during delayed, technical & AOG flights.
• Profiling Passengers with Passport, ticket, visa and other documents like Registration Papers
Traveldocuments, CDC, Visa etc.
• Effectively co-ordinate boarding activity of passengers on to the aircraft and ensure
implementation of safety procedures.
• Maintaining proper records of day to day load factor and other stats.
