Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Performs the initial review of documents and reports requiring manager's signature for correct approvals and
compliance.
• Deal with courier for document correspondence with head office.
• Arrange Transportation, accommodation for new coming employees.
• Maintaining and updating employee records, Iqama, work permit records, and passport details.
• Assisting management in documents and administration.
• Maintain and up to date records of all section individually.
• Receiving all incoming couriers' documents and distributing by departments.
• Issuance of Medical insurance for the Employees.
• Deliver high quality service to operations by matching applicant’s skills with current and anticipated future needs.
• Preparing offer letters, transfer letters and Increments.
• Issuing salary certificates, salary transfer letters, employment certificates and other related letters upon the request of employee.
• Ensures that all new positions have Position Descriptions prepared before commencement of recruitment.
• Report and follow up any technical issues related to the assigned store until resolution.
• Manage/lead assigned stores to fulfill objectives set by management.
• Supervise the Drivers and assign them for their specific trips.
• Monitoring and controlling of transportation and updating vehicle registration record.
• Manage travel arrangement.
• Arrange confirm appointments.
• Handle incoming mail and other material.
• Reporting to the management on continuous basis (Daily, Monthly, and Quarterly Reports)
