• Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
• Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
• Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions.
• Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls,
interviews etc.)
• Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and
relationship building with potential candidate communities
• Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
• Assist in issuing employment contracts
• Ensure that employees payroll processing is in compliance
• Lead in payroll accounting, transactions, reporting, stop payments and other operations
• Oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, vacations payouts, and benefits
for employees
• Maintain employee database and trackers for benefits and allowances
• Manage the delivery of training and development programs based on the agreed calendar and
the business demands
• Identify training and development needs within the store through job analysis, appraisal
schemes and business demands
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate to subordinates
• Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across the work area
• Create and maintain a high-quality work environment so that team members are motivated to perform at their highest level
• Manage and train subordinates to help deliver the best service for our customers
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitor employees' productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs
