TRAINING PROGRAM ATTAINNED:
• One year English course in jazan, Saudi Arabia.
• 6th month technical training in Qatar steel company.
Job Description:
✓ Carryout required maintenance work and report to the supervisor the progress of job or return job card on completion of the job with job history written on it.
✓ Maintenance of mechanical equipment and its accessories like pumps, valves, gear boxes and drive system.
✓ Experience in Daily / Quarterly / Monthly inspection of the running equipment’s and filling the check sheet.
✓ Maintain the record of daily inspection and try to minimize the problem.
✓ Maintenance of all equipment of Steel Plant, upper shell carbon injection line, ladle slide gate repair, prepare of hose as per requirement etc.
✓ Follow work program/ schedule for corrective repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance.
✓ Attend plant shut and down day’s jobs and make sure all the jobs carried out accordingly.
✓ Knowledge isometric drawing pipe fitting gas cutting.
✓ Follow Preventive and predicative maintenance of rotation equipments.
✓ Dismantling and assembling of all attachment like friction bearing gearbox, pump assembling and dismantling belt conveyor, pulley roller checking and modification of various equipment for their proper working.
✓ Knowledge of EOT crane maintenance.
✓ To change oils and greasing, oiling and cleaning and as well as boxes etc and stock in the stoking place.
✓ Replacement and repair of hydraulic cylinder, valves pumps, filter, breather, pressure & temperature gauge, hydraulic system, seals replacement and repair of pneumatic system, cylinders, valves, FRL units and pneumatic system accessories.
✓ Follows strictly with the company Health and safety procedures.

WORKING EXPERIENCE:
• Working with SOLB STEEL COMPANY. in our organization as a “MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN” since 03th April 2011 to till date.
