- Manage employee time attendance system.
- sending a daily attendance report for employee and his/ her line manager and collecting justification.
- Applying immediate penalties on the lateness/ absence of the employee.
- administrate meeting room reservations with departments
- preparing administrative coordinator SOPs
-unifying sops/ policies files
- assist with day to day operation of HR function and duties
- process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
* Assisting in implementing performance and quality improvement programs (KPI’s).
* Ensuring to comply with quality and legal standards.
* Preparing daily, weekly monthly reports.
* Collating data and presenting them in graphs and charts.
* Identify problems that has a potential effect on company quality and reputation.
* Documentation of processes and maintaining data records.
* Adhering to best practices in data analysis and collection
