*Drive Sales and achieve sales goals through the recruitment, development, training, coaching, evaluation, and management of the
showroom sales team.

*Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to increase sales, improve operating efficiencies, and increase ROI.
*Manage customer contacts and relationships so as to provide excellent customer service, build sales volume, and constantly
increase customer satisfaction.
*Build relationships in the community through local marketing efforts and hosting special events to build a new and repeat customer
base.
*Responsible for inventory cycle counts, insures that they are executed in a timely and accurate manor throughout the year.

Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product by phone or
mail. Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques
Ensures work is performed to meet budget and quality standards and
assures maximum use of personnel, equipment and materials. Position plays a lead role in the planning, coordinating and production
activities regarding installation and maintenance of seasonal color beds and seasonal pots.
