Jeddah Central BSP, Madinah SVC Substation & Hunayn Substation projects for SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) Site Installation.

 Preparation of EMS Sheets, Cataloging, Technical Details & Other Miscellaneous Documents, for
the respective spare parts to be commissioned for SEC Handover.

 Managing Transportation of the Spares from Substation to City for Spare Handover through
logistical services.

 Identification & Assigning Spare parts based on Categorization of the Substation section where it
shall be handed over for Installation.

 Overseeing & Handling Testing of the Spare parts before commissioning.

 Actively Engaged in assigning of Spare Parts by preparation of 2-year Spare Parts Data Package
and Bill of Materials for Medium Voltage Switchgear related to projects like MODON, SABIC,SAMSUNG EO/EG-III

 Generated Site As-Built Drawings by performing modifications of Electrical & Logical Diagrams using SIEMENS Proprietary ELCAD Software along with AutoCAD for Schematic modifications &
Submittals.

 Converting Electrical Drawings to Saudi Electricity Company Engineering Standards using
Microstation.

 Assisting the Project Managers in the execution of the projects b preparing modified As-Built
Drawings, Supplier Quality Records, Data Sheet Records, Vendor Print.

 Creating 3D Models & Designs for for Client Based company DENSO Kirloskar for Fabrication of Custom-made machines based on their preference design using 3D Design Software “SolidWorks”.
 Product Testing & Fabrication in accordance to the standards provided by the Customer’s
preference.
 Preparation of Bill of Materials for Raw Material Procurement.
 2D Drafting for Sheet Metal Bending & Cutouts for Shop Floor Layout Fabrication using AutoCAD.  Actively Engage and analyze all phases of Product Development, Conceptualization & Design
places.
