PROJECT: Design and Procurement Consultancy for NTMP-I under World Bank Financing
Key Role:
• Perform preliminary survey and send the data to technical experts team corresponding scoping and engineering design works for each subproject under Group I and II
• Prepare the corresponding tender documents for each project package, which include technical specifications/SOW for each project package
• Support NTDC in tender processes for goods, works and services to be carried out under the component

PROJECT: 115/13.8kV National Grid Sub-Stations (Multiple Projects)
Position: Project Engineer
Key Role:
 Working as client in Projects Division Al-Hassa Eastern Region Saudi Arabia and overall handling 12 no’s 115/13.8 kV National Grid(NG) Substation projects
 Review the submitted project schedule for each project from the contractor as per tenure of the project and give approval to the contractor and follow up with contractor to achieve the mile stone dates of the project
 Review the submitted Safety and Quality plan of the project by contractor and submit to the NG concerned department for review and approval
 Review the submitted testing and commissioning plan from contractor
 Review the invoice claim raise by the contractor as per completed activities and given approval for invoices
 Review shutdown schedule submitted by the contractor to work in energized station
 Review the submitted major activities schedule of the project and follow up with the contractor accordingly
 Review the material delivery schedule and FAT dates of the major equipment submitted my contractor and follow up with the concerned NG departments for FAT and delivery of material
 Review daily progress reports and Bi-weekly progress reports and arrange meetings with contractor on site for smoothly running of project and to remove any concerns of the project
 Prepare the internal master schedule for all the projects and execute them accordingly
 Prepare substation construction control plan as per PMO standards
 Prepare substation installation control plan as per PMO standards
 Prepare the quality control plan as per PMO Standards
 Prepare the mater testing & commissioning plan and submit to internal departments for approval and to assign there manpower accordingly
 Prepare the overall material FAT and delivery schedule dates of the major equipment and follow up with the concerned NG departments for FAT nominations and delivery of material

PROJECT: Al Zahia Phase 2 MV & LV Works
Position: Project Manager
Key Role:
 Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope and to monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
 Overall strategic planning of the project to ensure timely delivery of the project
 Oversee the project performance with regards to time, cost, HSE and ensure timely delivery of project by meeting quality standards
 Direct or coordinate design, commissioning, installation, support or testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications or customer requirements.
 Supervise and assign duties to site engineer/supervisors/technicians engaged in technical installation and commissioning of the project
 Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work
 Generate and update project progress reports, planned value, invoice projection and cash flow projection and follow up on the same
 Tracking of the project schedule and preparation and submission of weekly Progress reports to client and the internal teams
 Plan and schedule meetings with vendors, design team, site team, sub-contractors and attend client monthly progress meetings, consultant/management meetings
 Inspect workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
PROJECT: E34/2013 132kV Cabling Works in Northern Emirates
Position: Project Engineer
 As per FEWA Technical specification, prepared and reviewed the Plan & Drawings and submitted to FEWA
 Prepare the overall project schedule and submit to the client FEWA
 Arrange the manpower as per submitted activity schedule
 Before starting site works arranged and obtain work permits, regulations, and instructions from concerned authorities. Place all the guarantees requested by the different local authorities.
