Manage projects throughout its implementation with all stakeholders to reach planned objectives

Preparing audit reports for management review and approval
Reviewing the work of other auditors to ensure that their work is thorough and accurate
Conducting interviews with companies and authorities to do the audit related to ISO 9001 quality management system to ensure that they are meeting all the requirements and provide the certificate to them .
Gap analysis to the clients

Inspecting a company’s physical facilities to assess risk exposures and compliance with industry standards
Reviewing company policies and procedures, including those related to ethics and compliance with laws and regulations
Identify gaps in efficient process workflow and suggests steps for supplier quality process improvement.
Play an active role in the development of inspection requirements.
