• Produce shop drawing package that adapted from and meets the US National CAD Standard (NCS) and basedon SBC (Saudi building code), IBC (international building code), ASTM and ANSI standards.
•Produce composite drawing (coordination drawing) that required high level of coordination between all disciplines.
•Develops conceptual sketches into good for construction drawings.
•Responsible for initiation of each type of work with approval of the consultant, through permit-to-works and monitoring them at all steps to ensure compliance with specifications.
•Responsible for ordering of materials and keeping track of materials on site to make sure that required items are readily available on time as required.
•Coordination with suppliers to arrange for supply of proper materials, tools and equipment required for each type of work.
•responsible for architectural inspections & material submittal with the consultant.
•Resolves discrepancies by collecting information and proposing solutions.
•Fully understands the project details and requirements, by being fully aware of the drawings and specifications.
•Reviews plans prepared by subcontractors and Communicate with other parties and professionals.
