Position: Analyst/Programmer
• Building a database that help them identify and manipulate data for customers who belong to book groups.
• A database that could potentially help them match people up who are looking for similar types of book groups, and also allow them to gather information so that they can tailor their services to meet the needs of book groups.
• Project dashboards, customizable charts and graphs, Reports, and role-based access authorization.
• Using a flowchart to develop understanding of how a process is done, to study a process for improvement, when better communication is needed between people involved with the same process to document a process, and when planning a project.
• Work as a team to achieve project milestones and develop status reports.

Position: Analyst/Programmer
● Fulfill the need for a computerized way of monitoring books-in-process from start to completion.
● Enabled accounting, sales, employee and author information to be stored in and accessed from a centralized database.
● Eliminate data redundancies and process inconsistencies.
● Create a more unified platform for employees, managers, support staff and authors to conduct business on.
● Integrate seamlessly with a web-based, e-commerce platform to enable effective communication and collaboration between Leonard Publishing, its authors and its customers.
● Delegated responsibilities amongst the group to ensure that tasks were completed successfully and within an appropriate time durations
● Activity assignments, reports, project dashboards, and using a flowchart.
● Monitor workflow and make timeline adjustment as needed.
