My duty was,to ensure service delivery at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage Department. I ensure that the customer promise is delivered ,and that customers are satisfied within the framework of financial targets set . I ensure that guests receive high quality service. I ensure that the applicable regulations are complied with. I manage all F and B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards .I preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service .
I design exceptional menus,purchase goods.
I continuously make necessary improvements.I identify customers needs and respond Department .I supervise and co-ordinate
the Food and proactively to all of their concerns .I lead F and B team by attracting,recruiting,training and appraising talented personal .I ensure that all food and beverage team comply with all health and safety regulations . I report on management regarding sales results and productivity . I meet with hotel director and all other head department on daily bases ,all F and B Department supervisors and managers for briefing and training too. Also I answer telephone calls and via e-mails and I make daily report .
