• Maintained all purchasing orders documents and records, vendor invoices, and reviewed complex requisitions.
• Monitored and followed-up on open/unconfirmed purchase orders.
• Built and maintained professional relationships with local/global vendors and communicated with them in order to resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and invoice.
• Was in charge of the return process and managed the pending invoice file.
• Maintained database of all goods purchased.
• Obtained quotations, placing orders and co-ordination of their timely dispatch to clients while ensuring that goods purchased are to specification in terms of quality, quantity and within delivery timelines.

• Involved in the HR department; preparing Memo’s, following up on employees attendance, absence and overtime.
