• Analyzing project scope of work, BOQ & contractual documents and designing master schedule. • Analyzing the Planning packages, Progress measurements and reporting procedures, projects detailed programs, critical path analysis, resource analysis, resource leveling, resource optimization, schedule tracking, look ahead reporting, resource deployment plans. • Extensive Knowledge in Extension Of time (EOT) claim process. • Develops the Project Master Schedule for Projects life-cycle i.e. Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning. • Preparation of detail estimates for projects, work variance reports. • Preparation of progress measurement sheets on Monthly basis.
