Job Duties:                  
1-      Analyzing and Testing Raw materials, In-Process and Final Product according to ASTM standards and some In-House to ensure Optimal Quality.
2-       Maintaining Equipment by Housekeeping and Calibration. Log Analysis results in LIMS Database.
o   Lube Oil.
o   Diesel oils and its derivatives :
a.                     Solvents (White Spirit and Aromatic).
b.                     Special Oils (Drilling Oil and Transformer Oil).
o   Water and Chemical Analysis.

New Plant was in Commissioning Phase when I started to work until the plant begins Operation.
Job Duties includes but not limited to:
·          Procurement: Contacting the Suppliers - Industrial and Lab Grade Chemicals. General Contracting, Overhead Cranes, Weigh Scale Bridge and Health, Safety, and Environment Materials, and Prepare Purchase Orders.
·         Following Health, Safety, and Environmental Regulations with Royal Commission of Jubail to issue HSE certification.
·         Supervising Labors. 

Job Duties includes:      
·         Supervise the Production team.
·         Coordinate with Sales Department.
·         Preparing Daily & Weekly Production Schedules.
·         Using ERP system For Requesting Materials (Chemicals, Maintenance and Special Materials).
·         In-Charge of Maintenance Team: Prepare Preventive and Corrective Actions Plans, and Schedule Facilities Maintenance.
·         Cooperate with QC for maintaining the Process in Optimal Quality.

Job Duties includes but not limited to:         
Monitor and Analysis Chemical Cleaning Process (as per ASTM standards) and take the required action to maintain the Galvanizing process in Optimal Quality.  Supervise & Operate Waste Acid Neutralization Treatment System & Flux Filtration Treatment System.
