Education:
- Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Engineering degree is preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
- Overall of 10 years specifically in the tendering field
- Latest 5 years of experience in KSA
- GCC experience in the estimation & tendering scope
Specific Experience:
- Extensive experience in coordinating and compiling a fully responsive professional bid as per the ITT guidelines
- Structuring properly formatted fully comprehensive responsibility matrix for the bid preparation
- Managing the timely readiness of the deliverables via keen time management and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with KSA's major clients' requirements, formats and registration/submission platforms
- Well versed in dealing with the office suite products and PDF editing/publishing softwares
- Proper parallel processing of 5 bids or more at the same time
- Prequalification submissions compilation and clients portal registration experience
