We are looking for motivated and results-driven sales representatives to join our team, represent The Momentum in their cities and sell custom logo mats. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, making sales calls, and closing deals with businesses that value their corporate image and have the budget for high-quality branding solutions.
Who is the Ideal Client?
- To maximize success, you should target decision-makers in large companies that:
- Have the budget for branding and quality solutions.
- Care about their image and first impressions (hotels, banks, luxury stores, top restaurants, offices, etc.).
- Have high foot traffic at their entrance.
Performance Evaluation for 4 Days
Our hiring process includes a 4-day performance evaluation to ensure the role is a good fit for you. For every 100 serious decision makers reached out to, approximately 3 to 8 will result in closed deals (3%-8% conversion rate), and you will Be rewarded based on your sales performance: o $1,000 for sales above $10,000 o $800 for sales between $8,000 - $9,999 o $600 for sales between $6,000 - $7,999
o 5% Commission for sales between $1 - $5,99
During these 4 Days performance evaluation
- You must contact at least 25 – 30 new potential serious decision makers per day.
- Close deals.
- eport your daily activities to the Sales Manager.
- If you don’t send your report on daily basis, you will be removed from the challenge.
Daily Sales Report Format:
- Number of calls made today (e.g., 27)
- Number of new leads added to HubSpot (e.g., 12)
- Design requests received today (e.g., 5)
What Happens If You Don’t Reach the Sales Target?
Sales representatives who do not reach any of the above sales target during the 4-day performance evaluation have the option to either stop or continue working on a commission basis.
- If you choose to continue, you can keep selling and earning commissions until you achieve the required sales target.
- Once you meet the target, you may qualify for further opportunities within the company.
After successfully passing the challenge and being Hired, your Fixed Salary, Commission & Bonus are listed below:
Fixed Salary is Starting at $1,000 per month.
Commissions on Monthly Sales:
15% on sales above $20,000. o 10% on sales between $15,000 - $19,999. o 7.5% on sales between $10,000 - $14,999. o 5% on sales between $5,000 - $9,999.
Bonus: Additional $1,000 for every extra $5,000 in sales above $20,000.
Example Monthly Earnings for $28,000 in Sales:
• Fixed Salary: Starting at $1,000 per month. • Commission: $4,200 (15%) • Bonus: $1,000 Total Monthly Earnings = $6,200
