Farabi Investment Company is a Kuwaiti shareholding closed company (K.S.C.C.), in incorporated in the State of Kuwait, in January 2005, with a capital of 21,500,000 million Kuwaiti dinars (approx. 78 million U.S. dollars), under approval and supervision of the Central Bank of Kuwait, whereas the Ministry of Industry and Commerce regulates licensing. Corporate internal operations are monitored by the Supervisory Sharia'ah Board.

The Company operates in the areas of direct investment in the sectors of industrial and technical services, engineering, technical, logistics, marine, health, education and other prosperous activities of economic and social dimensions; beginning in the GCC, and then in the Middle East and North African countries, under the management of an integrated team of Gulf nationals and others, within an enlightened vision for the development of the interests of shareholders. Its fiscal year ends on March 31 of each year.
