Public Telecommunications Company Ltd. (PTC) is a GCC corporation based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a paid-up capital of 200 million Saudi Riyals. It was established on 31 October 2001 and launched its services in Saudi Arabia in mid 2005 as a sole licensed provider of wireless communication services using world class Integrated Digital Enhanced Network (iDEN) technology developed by the world renowned vendor of wireless technologies, “Motorola”. PTC has been granted a license by STC under a “Build-Operate-Transfer” (B.O.T.) agreement under the brand name “Bravo”.

“Bravo” is the first and only specialized wireless communication network in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We provide more innovative, more powerful and yet more cost effective communication tools for companies, organizations and groups. This all-in-one communication provides superior sound and transmission quality and enable crisp and clear high quality voice communication, while ensuring privacy ad increased security.

“Bravo” offers the added benefits of communicating with fixed land lines and wireless services through cellular calls, text messaging and multimedia messaging, as well as data access and Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) services, vehicles and work groups can be located and/or racked easily and instantly.


Shareholders:

“Bravo” is a private shareholding company owned by the following:

- Wataniya International FZ-LLC, company responsible for leading the pursuit of global expansion opportunities, as well as leveraging technical, financial and commercial synergies within the Wataniya Telecom group of mobile operations owns 55.61% share.

- National Advanced Systems Holding Co. Ltd. (NASCO), the main provider of technical communication solutions in the Kingdom, owns 44.39% share.
